We have received
the meat,
the wine,
the water of truth,
the resurrection,
the power of resurrection.
This is all given to us
in silence, in meditation!

I am not a scholar,
I cannot explain what I don’t know.

But there is an inner resonance,
a comfort beyond words.

A confirmation that happiness
and fulfillment are not mind-stuff.

At one point I could see
how limited ‘my’ understanding is,
together with the gift that I don’t need
to define myself as someone.

A seeming defeat for the private entity
but the most precious
peace/presence/clarity of
“I don’t know”.

And being very comfortable with that!

“Meditation is who we are,
not what we do.”

This type of “talking” potentially
infuriates the personal-me.

This sharing here is not about replacing
old beliefs and hopes with new ones!
It is not about mental struggle.

Read this post here again, gently.
Be aware of the reading itself.

We are too easily distracted
by thoughts and feelings.

😇 🙏🏻 🥰

All my words as a draft.

I’d love to hear from you!
Not to be smart or clever, but to
welcome the gift of in-team-a-see.

“Examine yourself”, proof me wrong ❤️.
It is always a win-win.

Words about words…

All given to us in silence, in meditation!

At one point I could see how limited ‘my’ understanding is, together with the gift that I don’t need to define myself as someone, in order to be.

Yes to what is shared here, keeping in mind that the ‘infuriation’ of the (so-called) personal me is the play of consciousness…. Only consciousness is. The noumenal reality.
